Of My Work

I'm Not Chasing Symptoms

You may be surprised to find that I focus on areas of your body that might not seem directly connected to your current issue. My approach is to identify and address the root cause of your health concerns, supporting your body's natural healing process. The discomfort or pain you’re experiencing may just be a symptom or a compensation for an underlying problem. Often, that underlying issue resides on an emotional or energetic level.

Active Participation for Patients

Treatments are most effective when you actively participate in the process. I may ask you to support my techniques through conscious breathing, bringing awareness to specific areas of your body, or assisting with active motion or muscle contraction. With your permission, I will also tune into your energy system, guiding you to see and work with your own energy.

Individual Healing Process

Your body heals at its own pace, and its response to treatment may not always align with your expectations. Healing is not always a linear process, and progress can vary. By staying open-minded and trusting in your body's innate ability to heal, you can encourage and support your healing journey.

... is to support patients to overcome physical, emotional and spiritual challenges and to help them to rediscover their health with an intuitive approach.

My Intent

... is to customize each session to meet the individual needs and goals of the patient and to initiate significant and long-lasting healing effects, which will help the patient to increase their performance and stay physically and energetically balanced.

My Focus

... is on mindful listening to what the patient’s body has to tell and to find the best possible therapeutic approach to release tension, restrictions and imbalances, which can develop from traumas, injuries, and dysfunctions.

... is to create a space for change and healing and to discover the resources for future physical improvements and spiritual growth.

My Journey

I am passionately curious and I still love to learn and explore. Growing up in Switzerland, I earned a Master’s Degree in Biology and Animal Behavior from the University of Zurich. Soon after I enrolled in programs for Classical Homeopathy and Craniosacral Osteopathy. I graduated in 2003 and spent over a decade running a full-time private practice in Zug. I helped people of all ages successfully heal from a wide range of physical and emotional issues using a holistic approach.

In 2010, my life took an exciting turn and I moved to Maui. I fell in love with ocean sports, explored ceramics, and immersed myself in Polynesian culture by dancing Hula and learning the Hawaiian language. My passion for healing was reignited when the French Osteopaths Jean Pierre Barral and Alain Croibier came to the island. With nearly 5,000 hours of education in complementary and alternative medicine, I continue to deepen my expertise, focusing on Visceral, Neural, and Vascular Manipulations.

Over the years I realized, that most health problems cannot be solved by focusing on the physical body alone. I developed my intuitive abilities through training in Intuitive Energy Medicine. My mentor, Tina Zion, has been a significant influence in my journey. Her ongoing guidance continues to enhance my intuitive abilities and supports me in my holistic approach to healing.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been working with horses. Their positive response to Craniosacral Osteopathy and Energy work inspired me to become certified as an Equine Myo-Manipulative Functional Therapist. I travel internationally to work with horses and their riders, helping them to find their balance and to achieve a more successful teamwork and a better performance.
